SOLUTIONS
One network. Multiple applications.
Start with your most pressing operational challenge, then expand as your needs grow. One network supports indoor conditions, water leaks, energy use, asset monitoring and more.
01
Water leak detection
Detect unexpected water and focus the response on the affected location.
02
Indoor air quality
Understand occupied spaces and prioritise ventilation investigations.
03
Damp and mould risk
Identify persistent conditions that need inspection and follow up on remedial work.
04
Utilities monitoring
Investigate electricity, water, gas and heat consumption, and assess operational changes.
05
Emergency lighting
Bring compatible test results and fault information together for maintenance follow-up.
THE NESOSIQ PLATFORM
NesosIQ: your estate in view
Turn readings from buildings and assets into a clearer picture of your portfolio.
NesosIQ brings sensor data together in dashboards so your team can see conditions, follow trends and investigate emerging issues across sites.
Compare buildings, identify priorities and give operational teams the information they need to act. Connect data to your existing systems through APIs and agreed integrations.
We deploy the devices, connectivity and platform around your requirements. You retain control of operational responses and decision-making.
OPEN ARCHITECTURE
Open architecture. More choice.
Our device-agnostic approach selects sensors and connectivity for the application, rather than tying your estate to one hardware manufacturer. We assess compatibility, coverage and integration requirements before deployment.
LoRaWAN supports low-power monitoring across buildings and estates. Network design, gateway connectivity and site surveys ensure the deployment fits the environment.
FROM PILOT TO PORTFOLIO
A practical path, one step at a time
01
Discover your priorities and success measures.
02
Survey the sites and connectivity.
03
Pilot the solution in real conditions.
04
Deploy and commission devices.
05
Integrate dashboards and workflows.
06
Scale with a repeatable approach across your estate.

Global certification and compliance programmes to guarantee interoperability
Ongoing evolution of the standard to improve security, performance, and scalability
Promotion of LoRaWAN as a foundation for IoT adoption across industries
Our membership ensures that the solutions we deploy align with globally recognised best practice, providing clients with confidence in performance, flexibility, and long-term ecosystem support.
-
By combining private LoRaWAN networks, the NesosIQ data platform, and certified IoT devices, Nesos Group delivers the foundation organisations need for data-driven property and estate management.
Whether monitoring environmental conditions, tracking asset performance, or supporting compliance reporting, our approach enables teams to act earlier, operate more efficiently, and protect the long-term value of their portfolios, without dependence on external connectivity systems that increase cost and complexity.

-
Applications include water leak detection, indoor air quality, damp and mould risk, radon, vape detection, utilities, emergency and street lighting, plant and equipment, cold-chain storage, fuel tanks, access and security, care and independent living, occupancy, asset tracking, and agriculture and golf course monitoring.
-
NesosIQ is our IoT data and intelligence platform. It brings live and historical sensor data into dashboards so your team can see conditions, follow trends and investigate emerging issues across sites, and connects to existing systems through APIs and agreed integrations.
-
No. Nesos IoT deployments use LoRaWAN, a low-power wireless standard designed for monitoring across buildings and estates, so devices do not rely on building Wi-Fi. Network design, gateway connectivity and a site survey are confirmed for each project.
-
No. Our device-agnostic approach selects sensors and connectivity for the application, rather than tying your estate to one hardware manufacturer. We assess compatibility, coverage and integration requirements before deployment.
-
Your organisation does. Nesos IoT does not manage alerts or operational responses: your team defines the thresholds, notification routes and response procedures, and retains control of decisions.
-
Yes. Nesos Group is the only Channel Islands–based member of the LoRa Alliance, the international organisation responsible for the development and governance of the LoRaWAN® standard.
